Our Story
Fresh Content Society (FCS) was launched in 2014 by Scott Emalfarb who recognized the need for brands to focus on building and engaging a community on social media with their customers. He realized that being relatable was key, as well as the importance for brands to share their customers’ stories, showcase the impact and value of the brand and most importantly engage their community. Over the years, FCS has continued to focus on organic social media marketing, helping brands build world-class communities which drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
