The Challenge
FCS was tasked to help grow the LINE-X social media communities by increasing their social metrics and to be a resource with their national franchisees. Before FCS started, LINE-X didn't have anyone fully dedicated to the channels and FCS helped with it all.
The Solution
FCS created socially relevant short form video content and engaging in the community day in and out. The creative strategy was to optimize engaging moments during the application process and highlighting the amazing work LINE-X provides for their customers.
The Result
With the video campaign implemented and daily community management, LINE-X has earned more than 7 million video views in the first 7 months of the new social strategy being launched and that went to increase 4,000% in its customer engagement.
