Overview
Our paid media team blends creative storytelling with data-driven targeting to drive measurable outcomes. You’ll own full-funnel paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest), partnering closely with creative and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage paid social plans, budgets, and pacing across platforms.
- Structure campaigns and ad sets; develop hypothesis-driven testing roadmaps.
- Collaborate with creative on variations by audience, placement, and objective.
- Implement pixel/conversion APIs and events; QA tracking; maintain UTMs.
- Optimize for CAC, ROAS, and lead quality; produce weekly insights and monthly narratives.
- Present learnings; inform organic strategy with paid signals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years managing paid social at scale (Meta plus at least two of TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn/Pinterest).
- Strong grasp of attribution, incrementality, and creative testing.
- Hands-on with GA4 or similar analytics; experience translating data to actions.
- Excellent client communication.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience integrating creator content into paid (whitelisting/spark ads).
