Overview
We create platform-native content that stops the scroll and drives measurable results across organic and paid. You’ll concept, shoot, and edit high-volume short-form video (UGC-style, lo-fi, studio, motion) for multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Produce daily/weekly short-form videos optimized per platform best practices.
- Translate strategy into thumb-stopping hooks, story arcs, and CTAs.
- Build edit-ready templates for speed; manage asset libraries and naming.
- Partner with talent/creators; direct on-camera moments and voiceovers.
- Collaborate with paid team to adapt assets for performance testing.
- Report on creative performance; iterate based on watch time and completion rates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years producing social video (agency or in-house).
- Mastery of mobile-first editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating platform-native craft (TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts).
- Ability to ship fast while protecting brand quality.
Nice-to-Haves
- Motion graphics skills; experience with UGC programs and influencer collaborations.
